We are using Agile Accelerator, and I'm wanting to automate the Release Notes (using a CongaComposer button).  I have the Idea to Add a Rich Text field to the Work Object Called Release Notes.  It could contain Text and PNG files for Release notes.  I got as far as adding the field...here are the steps I followed..

1. Create the Custom field,

2. In Custom Object settings in Setup > Object > Work > Field sets...Edit "Additional Fields" field set.  add the new custom field. 

3. Go to Product Tags > Edit > Manage Additional Settings > make the custom field "Visible" on User Stories.

My field did show up - but I started getting an error "Renderer is not enabled with Rich Text Editing enabled".  so I can't use this field type. I've thought about pointing Conga to the Notes an Attachments child records of work - but they are not reportable - also the Work (chatter) Feed is available to merge but it won't bring through images.  I've stopped short of adding a custom Object.  It would be great if the next version of Agile accelerator has a feature for Release notes. In the meantime I'll try splitting up the fields and see what conga can do for linking to Images. ; )
