We use Agile Accelerator + service cloud console, when on a Work record opened via console as sub-tab of Account, if you click Cmd + C (to copy on a mac), it closes the entire tab including any comments (including those that took 30mins to write!). Happens time and time again - and idea how to fix this, very annoying?
