Has anyone solved for the following scenarios:
- Generating a Work record from an Idea and maintain the relationship (work status visibility on the Idea)
- Generating a Work record from a Case and maintain the relationship (work status visibility on the Case)
- Generating a Work record from a Chatter Question post
On the other end of things, has anyone associated Knowledge Articles to Closed Work Items or Releases to use as Release Notes?
I'm just wonder how others have approached these things: Actions, Flows, Process Builder, etc.

I created a flow that would create a work item from a case, and relate it back to the case. It also posts to the case chatter feed to let the user know it is in our queue.
