Greetings. Just joining hoping to find answers that will help me help my co-workers and partners as daily users of SF.  We are trying to make SF a routine tool in our company, but have noticed resistance with claims of it being 'time consuming', 'labor intensive' and for some reps a 'double entry' exercise when they own their own CRM system.  Seems to me a value proposition for everyone is to have good Dashboards that will encourage regular visits by providing useful information at the tip of their fingers.  I hope the rest of the procedures will follow if they can extract value from this tool and not just us the principal. I think this may be happening more that we care to admit everywhere.  Comments welcomed.
