We were informed the service not available page does not support requests over secure protocols(https). Can you please confirm that this is still the case? There is a setting for it in Community Management, but this setting obviously would not work if the previous issue still exists.

 

We were told from support that,

 

"As per the the latest Force.com Sites Implementation Guide ,Custom page is shown only for HTTP requests. You can refer the below document for reference:

@Joe Morse @Fabrice Talbot What is the point of this feature if it only works on http when the community only allows https?
