We are largely an on-premise workforce, but a few of our Sales Reps use the Salesforce1's mobile app. I rarely get questions on SF1, but now I have one and I can't find a definitive answer. I hope this community has some insight.

 

By all documentation, activities on the mobile version should update our Production org real-time, but we've had complaints that it does not update consistently.

 

My test shows that's it is real-time.

 

So, are there factors that could delay our org from receiving an update from a mobile user?
