I have some questions in my mind about is salesforce platform good for my idea?

I have a plan to create a social media website. This website may have half or one million users, also need lots of data and file storage space. So my questions are here:

1. I need URL like "https://twitter.com/TheVishnuKumar", Using JSP(Servlets) we can create this kind of URL. But Can we also create the same kind of URL in salesforce? Let me explain more here. I need like "www.test.com/apex/pagename/username" or "www.test.com/apex/username"

2. How much site user we can use? If I need more user then what will be the cost for users?

3. Salesforce is providing 2 GB storage in production. How much will be the cost of additional storage?
