We use Backlog with Kanban. Work items pulled from the Backlog onto a Kanban board are not removed from the Backlog. They stay on the Backlog and their status is updated there. Why?
How do I remove them from the Backlog or is this a feature that I just don't understand?

Hi @Keith Knohl Yes in our app records remain on your Backlog until they are closed. You can tell their status via the status field and then eventually are removed from the Backlog once their status = Closed or Never or another closed like state determined by the Closed__c formula.
