Just installed Agile Accelerator in a new org.  The Epic Page Layout is titled "Epic Layout Feed Based" however the "Feed Based" check mark is not in fact checked.  I think several other page layouts are the same way.  I understand the 'feed based' stuff is basically irrelevant once you move to lightning, but as the lightning package is out yet, I thoughts I'd just add this note.
