We're interested in using Product Tags to automatically assign Work Items to the different roles we have in our SFDC + process team. However, we don't have the QA Engineer, Tech Writer, Perf Engineer, or UE Engineer role and it seems that the Assignment Rules don't support other User Lookup fields. We can off course build a custom WFR, Process, Flow, etc...(provided if that's even possible), but it would be better if we could stick to the out of the box solution.
@James Hatton you mentioned in our call last Monday that labels on these fields can be changed. However, when I try to edit these fields the field label, API name and Description are greyed out. Is there a workaround for this? Or are there ways of including other User Lookup fields in the Assignment Rules?4 comments

Fields in Work item show the new label. In the Assignment Rules under the Product Tags it still shows the old labels, but that's fine for now.
