Hi Guys,

I need your assistance on this.

My old email used as a registered email in webassessor is already inactive. I cannot login to webassessor to maintain my certification and also I cannot reset my password since it is being sent to my old email. I already sent an email to

certification@salesforce.com

but havent receive any response yet after 24 hours. I really appreciate any assistance that will be provided. More powers to all.

    in continuation of this assistance by @Rayna Coats-McLemore could you please send me steps or email address to send a request for enabling advance currency management & i am not able to login as USER since as admin i do have power to login from user account and see what is deployed to them . appreciate your quick aid
