This is an exciting addition to the Agile Accelerator app. This app has changed how we manage our Salesforce development at NTN. Just recently, we have also been working on some concepts of how to use teams within the app to allow individual business units to manage higher level backlog, priorities and roadmapping that eventually get groomed and then combined onto our single development team board.

Custom fields will open up quite a few possibilities for automation through process builder and flow regarding how user stories get from the individual teams to the combined development board and also possibly how larger user stories can be broken down into small user stories when coming into our board.

Through the development of these teams within the business for Salesforce related user stories the business groups have shown interest in the app to manage their own internal improvement initiatives in an Agile type format.
