I have a couple questions for the group. I'm new to the tool and trying to understand how it all works together.

First, can anyone help me understand how Change Logs work within the tool? I don't see how these are created.

Second, what do you recommend for tracking the specifics changes that need to be part of the Change Set when it's time to deploy? I thought about just creating a note for the developers to use to document all the changes involved in the Work order but wasn't sure how other handled this.
