I am being a little creative with the epic assignment on a work item. I am assigning an epic by business unit so the business can manage their priorities directly on an epic panel on the unified wall.
Once closed, I do not want the work to still show on the wall. To handle this, I created a set of "Closed" epics with the same name. I am using a Lightning process and a flow to manage the change in epics upon close. When I deployed this in production, everything works, but I am getting this apex governor warning.
Would you have any insight on this? The flow is relatively simple, but maybe when added to the background processes, the warning is being created. Should I just let this go and either live with the warnings or turn them off? I could possibly revise the flow slightly as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

That is great to hear. It is a great app already, but I am excited for the future as well. Thanks for the feedback.
