Hi Nina! You're almost there! If you go back to edit your profile (use the link from your avatar/photo in the upper right), there's an "Edit Work & Experience" link in the bottom left. Once you click that, you'll be taken to a screen where "Company" is the first line. If you fill in “UCSF" there, you should be all set. That will eliminate the (Customer) tag after your name so everyone who sees your posts will know which institution you're from. I'll approve your request for access to the HE User Group once that's all set.
