We are just starting to look at Content Management. We are a small business and I am looking at keeping it simple, easy to manage, but flexible. We will have videos, and docs and around 500-750 documents for marketing/sales.

Requirements:

1. Single source for easy management.

2. Link files to our Website for view/download.

3. Ability to use in S.M. sites such as LinkedIn, Customer Communities

4. Easy access for Sales

5. Track downloads so we can report on activity. We are using Pardot so need to track from website and other sources.

6. Allow customers that are on Customer Community to find key files easily by key words or criteria/filters.

Do you think SF Files can fit the bill? Any limitations that I should be aware of?
