Hi again, I've hit another situation! =/

Basically we want to set up dashboards for our sales channel managers. We currently have a general sales channel dashboard, then from there we will clone the dashboards, and set the filters for each channel's accounts. However, we realised that when the users go to the dashboard, the filters are not immediately set, so they can see the general dashboard first.

So I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to set the filters for the channel managers such that they are unable to see the general dashboard?

2. Is it possible for us to "remove" the filters function for the channel managers so they are not able to select a different filter?
