During work from home, I started putting my laptop on my thighs and now i have started feeling burning on my legs.. I think it may be due to radiation or heat emitted from the laptop battery and hard drive. How you guys are using your laptops to avoid this issue?

I would love to get some better reporting for knowledge base articles. I know that the information is available - since it is used in the Customer 360 component to display whether a specific contact has viewed a KB. I would love to be be able to run reports on contacts and accounts that viewed which kbs.

Well that was an interesting solution that I wasn't aware of, until I found out that there is another add on charge by Salesforce to access the events. Not really a great solution to a core bit of Salesforce Communities.

Echoing many others - our company utilizes internal chatter groups to circulate COVID-19 information from webinars and press releases to medical supply information, we have a member facing community where COVID-19 is an ongoing hot topic in many (if not all) of the groups, and as a company, the IT infrastructure was thankfully in place before this to allow for our many employees to work remote and have minimal disruption to all network tools for the duration of our stay at home.

One of my biggest challenges during this has been training.  I do Sales New Hire Training quarterly as part of a week long, hands on program organized by our Training department.  I'm a big believer that live, in person, hands on training is critical for success, but right now that just isn't possible.  We are investigating MyTrailhead as away to fill in some of that gap.  I don't think it can ever replace in person training, but it can definitely enhance and build on our normal training format and looks like a great way to reinforce topics as well as introduce new features/functionality as we roll it out. #WorkingSafelyTogether

#WorkingSafelyTogether While I have been working remotely for many years, now that more of my coworkers are also working remotely, you can see that the casual interactions, which can be very valuable, are missing.  I've tried to encourage video sharing on conference calls, but find that not many are willing to do the same.  I have done that for 1x1 calls, and that makes them much more personal!

I already worked primarily remotely and was used to sharing my video, but yes I have noticed some folks don't yet feel comfortable with that. I suspect that will eventually have to change as more folks realize the difference it makes.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was after dusting off our business continuity plan to prepare for potential off-shore office closures in mid-March we realized the plan wasn't as comprehensive as we thought. Fortunately we didn't have any closures but we have since created a much better plan and with the flexibility of Salesforce we now can ensure that if one group goes down another would be able to pick up their work with very little effort. #WorkingSafelyTogether

Our organization setup an internal "COVID-19 Task Force" and they've used Chatter Groups to share updates and answer questions from employees. =) What a GREAT use case to leverage Salesforce Surveys to help employees feel included, as our COVID-19 Task Force makes important decisions for returning to work!! #WorkingSafelyTogether
