I checked and there is no option to add a case related list on the lead record page layout.

Hi.
I am trying to download the tool that connects Salesforce with Gmail. I am directed to an URL
https://sfdc.co/LightningForGmail which does not work.9 de mai. de 2021, 14:16 The link is for downloading a Google Chrome extension. It won't work with a different browser.
I hope this helps - the extension really is nice to use.
we have activated email bounce management in NPSP. A donor email id is incorrect. when he makes payment, an email which goes to him bounce back, but when we see the report of contact, there the mail bounce back details is null for that contact. The payment object does not have the email bounce back date and email bounce back reason fields. i have a few queries
1) is the mail bounce back date and email bounce back reason fields different for contact and payment object
2) when the email bounced back which originated from the payment object, then why its not reflecting the mail bounce back details.
22 de abr. de 2019, 21:50 @SURENDAR AGARWAL Right, ok. As that is not functionality from the NPSP (it's a Salesforce core feature), you might have better luck troubleshooting it in the Trailblazer Community, or you can open a case with Salesforce.com support.

22 de mai. de 2020, 17:19 @Jarrett OBrien can you clarify for @Cheri Lovell's question here ^^ thanks!
At North Peak, we work with many orgs that want to set up admins for success. @Jessica Rosenberg wrote about our approach-- we hope it’s useful for #New Admins, #System Administrators learning new skills or systems, and the teams that support them! http://bit.ly/AdminSuccess
Question about using Apsona's batch entry tool for Opportunities with multiple Payments:
Once one Payment for the Opportunity is received, the Opportunity is marked as Received. This results in those gifts not showing up in the pending gifts popup that shows unpaid Payments, so we are not notified that there are outstanding Payments on the account. I tried changing the Opportunity stage to Pledged and Projected, and the pending gifts popup appeared, but it included all Payments on that Opportunity, even ones already received and marked "paid".
After committing the batch, the Opp stage reverted to Received, so next time we receive a gift for this pledge, the pending gifts popup will not appear.
I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this or has any ideas about a possible solution? Thanks for your help!
15 de fev. de 2020, 16:15 @Kate McHugh The batch tool does not automatically change the Opportunity Stage on commit. So this could be caused by a trigger or flow in your org. Looping in #System Administrators and #Nonprofit Salesforce Developer so that they can chime in.
