There is no option to 'Register' and there is a notification 'You are already registered for this exam' which is not true - I was registered for the 1st attempt and then failed. Now after 48 hours I should be able to register for the 2nd attempt. Can you help me please? :)

I had my Platform App Builder Certification exam scheduled for November 10th, 2022, and due to Kryterion Issue about CefSharp.Core.dll dependency missing I could not launch my test on time. Looking for support on how to Launch the test without fail to complete the test. Also was unable to raise the case for the same. HELP Required!

I had an Administrator Certification exam scheduled for last friday, and due to login issues, i could not login. I already opened a case in trailhead support, but my case list is empty. In an response to that case, someone from Support gave a solution that's a voucher to retake the exam. At the time i could take note of that number, and now i cannot see the case, so i can't get that voucher. I also sent an email trailheadacademy@mail.salesforce.com but didn't get any response. The chat support gets me the error "An unexpected error has occurred." and wont start. Even trying to open a new case, gets stuck in that captcha, and wont change anything if i click it. Can you help?

I would like to change my Kryterion Email and Email associated with my Salesforce account from my company Email to my personal email without losing all my credentials for my Certifications and badges and Points in trailhead.
Even though I tried reaching out to ktnsupport@kryteriononline.com by looking at one of the solutions previously provided for the email change, the email bounced back and didn't received.
Please help me out with the best possible solutions.

Hello everyone,
I had scheduled my Salesforce Certified Administrator exam for yesterday i.e. 23rd May. I started with my examination and was very sure that i am going to be certified. After answering my 50th question i pressed next to see the next question but the next screen had no question(it appeared blank). I also had a word with the live support agents regarding this, he/she suggested me to logout and launch the exam again and then continue from where I left off. However, when i tried to do so, the launch button was found to be inactive. Instead of the launch button a question mark is visible. My exam is still in the "In Progress Exams" tile on webassessor(refer screenshot). I have also written a mail to olpsupport@kryteriononline.com but have got no reply. I have raised a case on trailhead (Case #00160145) but it is still open. I am attaching a screenshot of my current scenario for your reference.
I have no idea how i shall proceed after this, can someone please help me regarding the further steps that i need to take? Will i be able to resume the exam?
The exam fee is not a small amount for me, so any input would be appreciated.
