I'm thrilled to share that I officially joined the Salesforce ecosystem on October 15, 2025, and I’m diving in with full energy and commitment. With over 20 years of experience in the retail industry and 7 years as a Virtual Assistant supporting platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Shop, I’ve developed a strong foundation in customer service, product management, and operational excellence.

Now, I’m channeling that experience into mastering Salesforce — eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the vibrant B2B lead generation space. I'm currently focused on Trailhead, and I'm proud to say that in just my first week, I've earned 300 points and unlocked my first badge 🎉. It's a small start, but a meaningful one!
