Iam seeing below error completing this module
I have already completed the required modules for Quick Start: Connect Your Agentforce Org with Slack and connected the correct org required for this module

While I was performing Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation module I am not able to send the email to Lucy Todd in the last step (The email opens in an email template that you can edit if you’d like. Click Send
) getting the below erros msg
INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS: User does not have a verified email address: 005gK00006uqDC7
Can any one help me to performe this step

Alright, you need to wait because the developer org has limits on sending email.

This is the first module of
Service Agent Customization with Prompt Builder. I have tried several times to delete and re-create the prompt template with the required model still the error keeps on showing. Any help?

I've tried many times to create a developper sanbox from this link : Developer Edition org with the product specialist agent
in the challenge : Prepare Your Agentforce and Slack Orgs.
I did not receive any Verify email as it supposed to be. I have no error, no logs. Nothing to analyse.

However, it says it cannot find the activation. I have refreshed the browser and added check again. still shows same error.

Thanks both for your responses! Just an update: the issue has resolved itself, so I wasn't able to identify a specific fix.
I have completed all the steps of this trail :
Configure a Slack Agent in Salesforce
However Challenge verification is still failing with an error. All the previous pre requisites trails are also cocmplete. Even the trail after this one, in the same trail mix for Agentforce legend is also complete.

Created a salesforce support case, which resulted in backend fix by support team. I was then able to complete my badge /challenge

Alas, I'm on the last trail for Legend..
I've run into the "We can’t find an Apex class named DashboardController.". I've looked at a lot if not all the responses and tried them all but to no avail. The main thing is when I try to run "Deploy this source to org", it fails. Somehow I must've pointed it to a different org initially. This all gets confusing at. times. Any "easy button" fixes or commands I can run? Otherwise, How can I reset this so I get a new org? Thanks.
