I remember reading a book where it tries to apply project management principles as a way of one's life.

How did it help you if you did as well or would you try it and see how life could change ?  Eg Applying agile principles as a practice in life

Hi all! Sertus Partners is looking for a part-time/remote Lead Project Manager and Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are a BIPOC and women-owned and led data/Salesforce consulting firm who work primarily with non-profits and small businesses. We would love to welcome another woman leader into our fold to help us create deep impact for our clients by focusing on what matters to them (and leaving out any consulting "fluff" that doesn't) :) Please reach out to me if you have any questions, share with your networks, and learn more/apply using the attached job description!

I have a question for all, including consultants.  Is there a good project mangement certification that I could pursue?  My role is evloving and my limited knowledge of project management has reached it's limits.  So I am looking to skill myself up some.

So any recomendations on places, or certifications would be good or are considered the "standard" would be helpful to me.

So thoughts? #Project Manager #Salesforce Consultant #Salesforce

    Hi Paula & Simon,

    Thanks for your responses!

I’m a SF BA and looking to get into Project Management, shall I begin with a Scrum Master course/cert or directly start with CAPM. Also, since Ive been working on projects for some time now and qualify for PMP/Prince, can I directly start preparing for the latter ?

    Thanks 🙏🏼

James Groves (DJ School UK) 님이 #PMM에 질문했습니다

I'm using PMM to track attendance for our sessions. I know how to see attendance for each individual session, but is there a way to see on overall record of attendance? Either for each client, for each service schedule, or just an overall record.

I am working on a company-wide Salesforce integration, and we are looking to get the PMs on board. Since their workflow is outside the sales process, the stages need to be expanded, and I'm trying to do it in such a way that does not make a huge mess with 20+ stages that all users have to see.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

You could handle this a few ways:

You could create separate Sales Processes and Stages for the different "types" of Opportunities your org has.  That way instead of every User seeong 20+ Stages, they only see the 6-7 Stages for their Sales Methodology

You could create a custom Picklist Field os "Sub Stages" and then setup a Field Dependency with Stage as the Controlling Field and Sub-Stage as the Controlled field

    Hi Hephzibah,

Thank you for your reply, I was wondering if Salesforce as a CRM meet all your needs base on your current position or you may recommend any other CRM which might be easier to work with?
