Hi there, we have been using Marketing Cloud Engagement for a while. We are keen to move to Marketing Cloud Engagement+ so we can start using Marketing Cloud Next functionality. Our SF Sales reps have suggested for a while that we should use Engagement+, and have said that we will need the new SKUs added to our contract, however, it is taking a very long time to identify the SKUs to add to the contract.

Has anyone gained access to Engagement+ yet? How long did it take? Do you know which SKUs were involved for Engagement+? Is there n extra charge for gaining access to Engagement+, or is it really just and upgrade?

FYI We have been using Data Cloud for 18+ months, so we are confident with DC360.

Hello Cmmunity:

I wanted to ask a question: I’m considering changing my model for notifying customers about order status updates. For this, the recommendation is to use an installed package to provide credentials—in this case, to the logistics provider—so they can make API calls to my Marketing Cloud instance, correct?

Thanks

    Middleware is the right solution, if the system used by logistics-provider can't accomodate the specifications of the REST endpoint required to trigger the email. Then the middleware can accept an arbitrary payload (or even better - integrate with a microservice architecture, where it subscribes to event notifications), and send a payload which matches the specs of the relevant MCE endpoint.

I'm looking to put my Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills to good use. Volunteering my time for organizations that need help with building journeys, cleaning up data, figuring out best practices, or anything else SFMC-related. If you know of any groups that could use support, I'd love to connect.

Marketing Cloud Email Subject Line Personalization Guidance:

As of January 30, 2026, the email subject line double evaluation feature is deprecated for new customer adoption. On March 15, 2026, email subject line double evaluation will be disabled for all existing customer accounts. Subject lines must be updated by March 15, 2026 to maintain expected functionality.

What is changing about email subject line personalization?

Salesforce is deprecating double evaluation in subject lines. As of January 30, 2026, this feature is deprecated for new customers, and on March 15, 2026, it will be disabled for all accounts.

To ensure that your email campaigns function as intended as they make these changes, a new AMPscript string has been introduces:

%%__SINGLE_RESOLVE%%

How to Use It:

Append this string to the end of your subject line to enforce single resolve:

%%=TreatAsContent(SubjectLine)=%% %%__SINGLE_RESOLVE%%

-or-

%%=v(@SubjectLine)=%% %%__SINGLE_RESOLVE%%

What It Does:

When the platform sends the email, it will remove this AMPscript string and resolve the subject line only once.

After Enforcement Date:

After March 15th 2026, single resolve will become the default platform behavior for all subject lines. At that point, this string will no longer be necessary and can be removed or left in place.

Important Note:

This string only works in the subject line. If used elsewhere, it will appear as plain text in your content.

Since emails change regularly, is there a way to update email addresses in the All Subscribers list?  Currently, when the email addresses change in SF it  does not update the All subscribers list

    Hi, @Penny Francis

    To implement that, you’ll need to import the new email addresses for all subscribers in

    Automation Studio

    Extract only the records with updated email addresses and schedule the import — for example, once per day — via SFTP.

Hi Admin Group!

If any of you use

#Marketing Cloud

could you help me with Upvoting this topic?

The

#Individual Emails Results

in Salesforce does not transfer to the contact when a lead is converted. This seems very silly. When we convert the lead and create an opportunity our sales reps can no longer see what emails they engaged with when preparing to meet with that potential customer.

    I admit this should not be expected behavior, but it is. And looking at Data Cloud taking over this type of data consolidation, I will most probably expect SF to point you in that direction, and create identity resolution across the old lead and new contact.

    Should you rely purely on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, I will recommend you following this simple guide for integrating SFMC data to Sales Cloud. Using a simple SQL query, you can do same consolidation in SFMC, and present it in the custom LWC:

Hello All,

I'm looking to retrieve the creation date details of each Cloud Page in a Business Unit using the following API:

restInstanceUrl + "asset/v1/content/assets/query"

However, it only returns the correct data for Cloud Pages created after the Spring 24 release. For those created prior to the Spring 24 release, it provides a default date instead of the actual date available in the properties.

Is there any way to fetch the actual creation date details for the Cloud Pages created before the Spring 24 release?

Thank you!

    Hi @Manohar B E

     You can try the SOAP API, since the soap api provides more detailed metadata of the assets using the below piece of SOAP Request Body:

    <ObjectType>Asset</ObjectType>

      <Properties>CreatedDate</Properties>

      <Filter xsi:type="SimpleFilterPart">

        <Property>

    AssetType.ID

    </Property>

        <SimpleOperator>equals</SimpleOperator>

        <Value>ID of the Cloud Page assets</Value>

      </Filter>

     If the data still does not appear, raise a support ticket with Salesforce to request access to legacy metadata. For future assets, it is best practice to document critical metadata externally or set up tracking where possible to avoid similar issues.

    Thank you
