I want a document to be automatically sent to the account's email when a specific field on the account object is checked,  so that the document can be signed by the account holder(account email) and automatically attached to the related account after signing.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. When the specific field on the account object is checked, the signed document is sent to the account's email address using Adobe Sign.

2. Once the document is signed by the account holder, the signed document is automatically attached to the related account in the system.

I want to write a flow to build an automation but I am not sure about the steps.

Our org uses a 3rd party to generate our quotes outside of Salesforce.  Once the quote is created, it is attached to the standard quote object as a file.

Does Adobe Sign have the ability to send this document for esignature.  Everything I am reading states that I have to use a template.

So, I have recently installed the Adobe Sign for Salesforce CPQ, it's working as intended for the admins but for the other users they are getting an error whenever they click on 'Send to Adobe' button. I identified the issue that it is due to the Quote record being locked. As per our design the Quotes get locked after it is approved. Only after it's approved, the Quote Document need to be generated. So, using the Adobe Sign we are trying to generate the Adobe Document by clicking on 'Send to Adobe' button after the Quote record is locked, but it's showing the below error message:

Can we possibly make permissions where this adobe sign can work properly but still keep the rest of editing quotes locked as is now?

Has anyone used Adbobe Sign with SFMC? We are using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) to send email communication to our students who have graduated. We want to now start adding their graduation letter to the emails as an attachment with all their graduation details. A data Extension list in MC has all their info. We would like to use Adobe Sign to auto-populate their info onto each person's PDF and send them each a graduation letter. Does Adobe Sign integrate with SFMC?

Question, does anyone have experience with integrating Adobe Sign with any D&H products (Laser Pro or Credit Quest). I am working on an ESign process and looking to see how Adobe fits with these products. I know DocuSign works but need a side by side comparison.

Appreciate any input.
