I am also facing same issue. There are some fields which are not accessible to the profile 'Analytics Cloud Integration User'. None of the above solution works for me. So I have provide access to this profile for every field that is causing errors. The simplest way to resolve the problem is this.

The ACR in the error stands for 'Account Contact Relationship'

Hi,

I am learning and doing my hands-on on financial services cloud modules. I have set up my financial services org. I am basically doing hands-on on my wealth management app.

I am getting the following error message while creating an account (Person Account/Household):

"FinServ.AccountTrigger: execution of BeforeInsert caused by: FinServ.MoiExceptionWrapper.ValidationException: Your account record type is missing, a duplicate, or invalid. Ask your admin to check the individual record type configurations in Setup. (FinServ)"

I think it has something to do with my account record type settings. I tried checking in setup for the same but couldn't find anything. Also under Wealth Management Set up> Groups > Record types - I didn't find any records. Is this ok?

*Note - The org set up is not part of any firm or entity. Its set up for training purposes as suggested in Trailhead modules.

Any help to resolve this would be great. Thanks in advance.

To get rid of this error you will need to go over fields Field-Level Security for fields starting with FinServ on Account, Account Contact Relationship, Contact, Case, Opportunity objects. I couldn't see those fields in Lightning, so I switched to SF Classic. I just gave permissions to all profile to save time.

Has anyone here set up FSC Insurance for a broker agency? It would seem that the FSC insurance set up is best suited for an Insurance Provider. Trying to see if anyone has any insight/best practices to offer. Thanks! #FSC

Okay so this may be a little complex to describe but I will try. We found the same issue implementing the Life Insurance for the Wealth Management use case of Insurance Agents/Brokers. We wanted to capture the many-to-many relationship between participants and coverages within complex policies. We also wanted to use base FSC objects if applicable as well, so....

    • We used the InsurancePolicy as the base object and would define policy owners with that
    • We used the InsurancePolicyAsset object and restructured it to contain Coverage Details for the different coverages and riders for the policy
    • InsurancePolicyAsset has a many-to-many relationship with InsurancePolicyParticipant through the join object InsurancePolicyMemberAsset so with that we could define participants to their capacity in the specific coverages
    • A couple workflows to ease data entry and tying the coverages to participants and that was our first phase development

Hope that helps. We banged our heads on many tables when we encountered this for the WM space. Love to hear if anyone else had similar experiences and different paths.

We use Fidelity as our main Custodian in Wealth Management.  We are looking for a solution to pull over client data into Financial Services Cloud as we set-up and would like to know how other firms are syncing their data from Fidelity.  We have talked with Skience, but we are a small firm, not on an enterprise level.  We looked at Quovo & Yodlee, those integrations require the client to login and we would like to from the advisor level.  Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated, we keep running into dead ends.

We are looking to begin using household/related accounts/related contacts within our FSC org.  We are a bank with Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and Retirement lines of business that would be creating these records. Are there any other banks utilizing this functionality that would be willing to connect and share best practices?

I am in the beginning stages of implementing FSC for a bank where we have both Retail Banking and Wealth Mgmt.  I am attempting to map my data from my operations systems to be able to insert/update the data as needed.  For the Financial Accounts, I am struggling to determine which of the various record types to use as there appears to be overlap between the types.  For example, should I use Checking Account vs. Bank Account?  Should I load my loans into the Financial Accounts or into the Assets & Liabilities?  If I load them into the Financial Accounts, do I use Mortgage/Auto vs. Loan Account?  The main difference I've found so far is what is visible between the Wealth Management vs Retail Banking apps.  I've not yet found any documentation that provides this level of information.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Marketing Automation is a low key affair in Financial Services companies.  Every financial company needs marketing: Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Insurance.

Hi

I am adding our clients to our org.  We use Financial Services Cloud, utilizing the Person Account Model.  I have uploaded the Person Accounts.  What is the best way to import households so the relationship between the Person and Household are imported?  I only was able to find guides to do this if using Individual Accounts.  We have over 200 households so doing this manually, would take a bit.  Thank you in advance for any help or tips!
