I attempted the Salesforce Associate exam on 5th of may and in between when proctored asked me to show my test desk my system got stuck and i had to do a system reboot. Since then i could not relaunch my exam anymore and now i am not even able to retake or reschedule the exam . I have raised cases as well but no one has resolved yet. Can anyone help on how long it takes for cases to be resolved or what could be done otherwise to attempt the exam. Case #- 00942575, 00945748

It seems my voucher is wasted and am wasting time here waiting for these cases to be resolved from support team. No ETA provided and no one contacted yet. It's scary like the hefty amount we pay for these certifications and then there's no one to take care of the issues being raised.
