I am using a MAC. I am trying to set up a new contact. The contact pop up has been "divided" and you can't scroll down on the mac to the description section and scroll back up. Is this something that is being addressed?

Hi All!
Has anyone else had any unsubscribes when preview and testing an email, using a live record, with "Enabled System Generated Links" checked and sent to Outlook for Mac?
We are completing the following steps and are seeing an unsubscribe happen when we open the email in Outlook for Mac:
1. Check that the record is an active subscriber
2. Send a test email using preview and test of that active record (ensuring "Enabled System Generated Links" is checked)
3. Open test email in Outlook for Mac
4. Record associated with test is unsubscribed.
The unsubscribe reason is listed as "unsubscribed from Subscription Center"; however, we do not have one-click unsubscribe in our emails. The user must click through to our preference center and fill out a short survey prior to unsubscribing. I am not seeing how an open in Outlook for Mac would trigger an unsubscribe.

I am not clicking an unsubscribe in the email or the application. However, after some extensive testing, we actually found that we had a system default text footer, which seems to be causing the issue.
We're still not sure why, because we are getting the HTML version and the only time the unsubscribe happens is when we preview and test (not in an actual send), but we suspect that it is a company/internal system setting that is clicking the one-click unsub from the text version system default footer. As a workaround, we have turned that off, as it isn't needed anyway.
Thanks for your responses!

Has anyone been successful with connecting their email (OutLook) to SalesForce using a MAC?

We are trying to sync outlook with Salesforce Lightning, when we try to find the app we reach a blank page with no option to download the application.

Has anyone successfully synced if with Outlook for MAC 2016 or has a working link to download the application.
Thanks!!
Any update on Mac pardot plug-in availability? Half the team has PCs, the other Macs. Mac users have outlook for Mac but when we implemented a year ago weren't able to use Pardot plug-in.
The are no options for a fellow Mac enthusiast. However, we purchased Inbox and absolutely love it as it gives you the same functionality and so much more. Works for Mac/PC Outlook 2016 but its real power is in mobile devices
Check it out

For those of you who are #GTD #Mac #OmniFocus users, this is a great podcast. The CEO of DavidCo (David Allen Company) and the hosts get down and dirty on the tools they use while also reviewing a lot of GTD practices.
So my amazing PC that's been with me through all the instances I've managed has passed away :( I'm at a point where I'm anti-PC but a lot of the systems I like to use for Salesforce stuff (demandtools mostly) is PC only. Doesn't anyone have experience doing advanced admin work on a MAC only?
