I passed my Consumer Goods Cloud certification in 2022, a month ago I received email to complete the maintenance course on Partner Learning Camp. I haven't completed the maintenance course.
Now I see that this certificate in my trailhead account and it says active. Is the maintenance course waived off?

Kindly Help me as I gave my AI Associate Examination got suspended without me doing anything.my internet connection was being tested before the launch of my exam but what I see is the suspension.I already have 3 more certification into my bucket and this is a genuine issue.
I raised the case just after Kryterion Support told me to do so .I received reply from Salesforce that they can't assist on this and the reply tone is very rude from their end.

Hi Support, I have completed my mainetance on the marketing cloud administrator cert but it does not get updated to my profile. Let in attach 2 screenshots.
1. My profile showing the cert needs maintenance.
2. If I click complete maintenance on the profile page. You see I have done the maintenance on 17/10
I connected all my accounts so that should be in place.
Please advise what to do to fixe this.
