Hi All, I am having issues with the Webassessor Kryterion in siting for the Salesforce Administration
Exam. The online system keeps aborting at the scheduled exam time when I tried to Launch. I have had to reschedule three times and on the fourth occasion, I was informed that there was a security issue and needed to contact my sponsor.
Please any ideas as I wish to reschedule and take this exam.

1.Currently a stay at home mom of two looking to enter back into the working field with a SF Admin Certification.
2.I currently hold no certifications or super badges. I do have 58 badges and over 33,00 points with five trailmixes completed. I am working towards my first super badge and plan to take the Certification exam soon.
3. I am relatively new to SF and first heard of SF and Trailhead last December (2019)from a friend when I explained to her I was looking for remote career opportunities. I then started looking more into it before signing up for trailhead and starting my SF journey.

Ranking up to Trailhead Ranger is not something you can do in a day or a week… You need to make time for learning and plan your path. Prudential has partnered up w/ Salesforce and our Future of Work initiatives to hire, train, cross skill and help you apply industry experience while expanding our techforward talent.

In module "Get Started with the Salesforce Platform," I am struggling to find inside the Trailhead Playground the Compact Customer Layout, which is asked of me one of the last steps for the video on "Customize the Salesforce Platform." Why can I not see this particular item under Edit Page > Highlights Panel > Assign Compact Layouts?
