Hello everyone, we are currently piloting agentforce coworker, some of my questions are
1. how do I add context to some of the business terms we use?
2. We have shared activities enabled, which means a single event can have multiple attendees which are kinda available in the eventrelation table, how do i make sure coworker is always looking at this table for additional context?
3. are we able to modify the "Find" "Catch Up" and "Plan"
thanks in advance
From what I've seen in pilots, the practical pattern is the same as for other Agentforce agents:
1. Business terms: put a short glossary of your terms and what they mean in your org into the agent's instructions or topic descriptions. Keep it tight, because long instructions dilute. For bigger vocabularies, a knowledge source the agent can ground on works better.
2. EventRelation: rather than hoping the agent "looks" at the table, give it a custom action (a Flow or Apex action) that returns the attendees for an event from EventRelation, and say in the instructions when to call it. Agents use data through actions far more reliably than through general context.
3. Find, Catch Up and Plan: treat the out-of-the-box actions as fixed and extend around them with your own actions and instructions. Check the current release notes, because what's configurable in Coworker is changing quickly.
Start with a small set of real user questions and test against them before rollout.
