We are building SDR agent as suggested in the article https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.sales_agent_sdr_parent.htm&type=5 in sandbox  and the functionality we are trying to check as suggested in the article is Initial Outreach email, Respond to Lead Questions and Scheduling meeting with the Lead by handing off  to Lead Owner. For knowledge articles we have uploaded the pdf documents in data library and grounded the agent with same data library. When Lead respond to initial outreach email, SDR agent is trying to fetch the details using Answer Knowledge with Questions and unable to find the relevant data. When we used the same data library in Service Agent it is working fine. We have tried rebuilding the index in data cloud also but still no luck . Could you please help

    @Yadhu Krishnan, looks like conversation preview for SDR is removed in latest update. Could see few changes like context variables in the agent builder.
