What is the Transaction Journal Limit in the Salesforce Loyalty Advanced Package?

I'm trying to setup the Loyalty Management in a customer org, and when i add the loyalty objects to the app, add the related objects to the page layouts, add all objects to a new permission set called Loyalty Mananagement Admin, and when I assign the permission set and app to myself I still cannot see any object outside core sf objects. I have the licenses labeled Loyalty Management PSL from our org, the original Loyalty Management permission set, plus my new permission set with all CRUD access being granted. I feel like i am losing my mind having the system admin profile, having full crud access to the objects, access to the app, and yet I can not create a LM Program let alone even see the object in the UI. Is there something I am missing to grant me access to view these objects?

I'm working through this module for DPE (Data Processing Engine) in Loyalty Cloud and there's a step where it asks you to 'Click Add Related Object.', but I can't see this button. Am I being stupid?

There's also a step later on which says 'Click the Input Variable tab.' but I can't see that either!

- In the module, there is no need to create any hands-on challenges. We need to understand the instructions and attempt the quiz (MCQ) as given in the module.

But I need to have an access to Loyalty Program Partner object. I assigned a loyalty-related permission set to myself already.

Seems the link not working. Can you paste the working link please? If you did create a trail org you should already have access to the loyalty program partner object. Try creating a loyalty program and then should see the option to create a loyalty program partner and their products.

Yes @Michelle Diotalevi. We are trying out best to make sure they are available every release. That is the plan for now!
the current ones will be available for another week, after that point the existing trials will be available on the new release (Summer '23). Check industry-based trials on our developer site - https://developer.salesforce.com/free-trials
Setting up permissions for the Salesforce Integration license for Loyalty Management
After spending a good chunk of time trying to figure out how to permission our orgs integration users to use the new Salesforce Integration license, I figured it might be worth sharing for those who may be in a similar situation. This is aimed at loyalty management product access but will work with other types of products as well.
- Create a New Integration user using the normal Salesforce license and make sure to get your security token. Otherwise, you wont be able to get a security token if you create a new user with the integration license directly:
- Change user license to Salesforce Integration license
- Assign the Permission Set License : Salesforce API Integration
- Create new permission set using the Salesforce API Integration license NOT the Salesforce Integration license, even though thats the name of the license assigned. 🫤 Otherwise, errors will happen when trying to assign the permission set to a user.
- This Salesforce API Integration license will have most loyalty objects available but not all, and will be missing custom objects.
- Create another permission set with license set to None.
- Assign the rest of your object and loyalty permissions to this permission set.
- Assign both permission sets along with the Loyalty Management permission set to the user
The only other thing to call out is that you can't assign default record types to the integration user.

Hello guys, i'm doing the Loyalty Management trailmix and i'm facing this error during the challenge: "We can’t find the flow ‘Enrollment Bonus for New LevelUp Members’ with all the elements." As we can see, the flow for Enrollment Bonus for New Inner Circle Members is right, but when i look into the flows list, i can't find the referred flow. Is there someone who faced the same issue? If yes, how can i fix that and move on to the next chapter?

Can you show the rest of the screen? Did you possibly only save the "Enrollment Bonus for New Inner Circle Members" flow as a New Version or change its name rather than selecting "Save As New Flow" and entering the name "Enrollment Bonus for New LevelUp Members"?
If that's the case, you can likely just Save your current iteration of the flow as a New Flow and then delete any additional versions you created of the "Enrollment Bonus for New Inner Circle Members" Flow.

We can’t find the special developer edition org that contains Loyalty Management and our sample data. Make sure that the org selected in the Hands-On Challenge picklist is the developer edition org with Loyalty Management that you created for this project and that you’re working in that org.
