Einstein Data Library - File Remove

Hi there,

I have created Einstein Data Library and uploaded a text file, however when I try to remove it, it keeps showing error, the same happen when delete library.

My library is fresh and has no link to any Agent, Action or Prompt Builder.

Does anyone know the cause of this ?

    Somehow, SF has fixed this :D

    1. Go to Agent list

    2. Open Agent in Builder

    3. De-active Agent, 

    4. Navigate to Data Library Tab

    5. From the file list, choose the file and select action Remove From Library

    It did not work before but work now, idk.

We are investing in Einstein Files capabilities for the partner/sales use case. The goal is to help users find the right content in the process of closing deals ie on records like leads, opptys etc. 

Use cases include recommending different files based off the stage of the deal, the product being sold, the geography etc.

 

We would love to understand your use cases for file recommendations and align our plans with those needs. Happy to connect.

    @Haris Ikram We're running something similar, but weren't able to leverage out of the box models (from other NLP/ML providers) for recommending because our named entities are highly industry specific (ie. Account and Product names are very nuanced). Our big ask has been to add a connector/connectors to the Einstein black box so that we can train it with our own entity associations. This is useful beyond the specific case you describe to cover pretty much the whole Einstein Sales Cloud.
