Unlock Your Data with Data 360

Hello! Welcome to the Unlock Your Data with Data Cloud trail. This trail is aimed at Salesforce administrators, data professionals, and anyone interested in learning how Data 360 can transform their business and customer experiences.

The content in this trail is aligned with the Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant exam. It’s designed to help you skill up on Data 360 while setting you up for success–whether your goal is to apply what you learn to your job, obtain the Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification, or both.

The trail consists of six sections.

Each section aligns to an exam objective in the certification exam guide. It includes a mix of Trailhead badges–many with hands-on learning experiences–along with videos and demos presented by a Salesforce Data 360 instructor, and knowledge checks to validate what you learn.

A Special Data 360 Org

You need to use a special Data 360 org to complete the hands-on challenges in this trail. You set up this org when you get to the Set Up and Administer Data 360 section of this trail. Once set up, the org is available to you for 14 days.

A regular Trailhead Playground won’t work for the hands-on challenges in this Trailmix because Data 360 is not enabled in Playgrounds.

What Is Data 360?

Now that you learned about the trail and the org you’ll use, let’s dig into Data 360. In this 9-minute video, you learn how Data 360 enhances your business with unified customer data, trusted generative AI, and improved data usability. You see how Data 360 connects your data, giving you a single view of your customers so you can engage them with relevant and valuable insights. And finally, you learn about Data 360’s open and extensible platform and its data security features through industry-specific use cases.
