Test Your Token Economy
Now for the moment of truth! Liam has configured the usage resources, grants, and rates. In this unit, he refreshes decision tables, creates a quote, adds the AI Services Plan product, and uses the Manage Usage Resources feature to verify that his configurations work.
Refresh Decision Tables
Here’s how you refresh the relevant decision tables to ensure that the latest pricing data is available.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Decision Tables.
- From the available decision tables list, select Price Book Entries V2.
- Click Refresh.
- Similarly, refresh these five decision tables.
- Pricebook Rate Card Entries
- Rate Adjustment by Tier Entries 2
- Rate Adjustment by Tier Resolution Entries
- Rate Card Entries 2
- Rate Card Entry Resolution Entries 2

For each decision table, make sure the Last Refreshed Date updates to your current date and time. Refresh the page if you don’t see the update.
