Yesterday, I started working on Unstructured Data in Data 360 badge. I successfully created a new data cloud playground and passed the first two modules. However, I was not able to pass the last module because the playground had a glitch. It kept failing to execute query: table "ssot__KnowledgeArticleVersion__dlm" as it does not exist even though the search index status shows "ready". When I verified the step to pass the module, it threw an error message "Step not yet complete in Data Cloud: We can’t find any records for the My_kav index object".  Per my research, this seems to be a glitch on the playground. 

I want to create a new data cloud playground for this badge. Yet, the module still shows "Launch" button. I went to hand Hands-On Org management. The disconnect button is also grayed out. Do I have to wait for another 3 days until the playground expires before I create another playground? Is there a way to create another playground without waiting for the expiration date?

We use picklists a lot  they provide consistency for reporting and reduce clicks.  However, we have some piclists that have constantly changing values.  For example, on our custom demo request object we have a picklist to select the demo unit being requested.  We get frequent requests from the business to deactivate values (taking a unit out of rotation for maintenance or repairs, or retiring it), renaming units, adding new units, etc.   

We do releases every 2 weeks, so that can mean that sometimes their changes have to wait longer than they would like, and its also just a lot of piddly maintenance for us.   

Is there a way to give a group of users a way to maintain the picklist values?  I know I can give them delegated administration rights to a custom object, but that gives them rights to everything and we really want to restrict it to just the picklist values for particular fields.  We have multiple business units sharing the same org, so there are a lot of record types, etc and it just seems risky to give product managers or other business users admin rights - too easy for them to inadvertently change something and cause a domino effect.  Our org is also almost 20 yrs old, so there's a lot of complexity and historical development that adds to the risk.   

Without having to write and maintain a bunch of code, has anyone found a solution to a problem like this?  An app exchange app or some custom declarative development you've done to tackle a similar problem?

I was wondering if you could shed some on light on the following error message when I try to see the related "Object Documentation" for one of our managed package objects.  

I'm a system admin, and I've assigned the Org Check permssion set. I don't usually get this type of error message using SOQL queries for this object. Thanks in advance 

I have basic bar graph that can be filtered to different subsets (e.g. different US states). I need to show labels with two significant figures, which I do using a calculated field and setting the number format on the value field to 'Number (Standard)'. This works, except that values that should be X.0 are showing as X (one significant figure rather than two). Other tenths-place values appear fine. So 4134 is correctly showing as 4.1k, but 1950 is incorrectly showing as 2k. The 1950 should show as 2.0k.  

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Is is the case in 2026 that Tableau STILL lacks the functionality to add linked text within a text box?

It's a bit ridiculous that something that seems so relatively simple is still not implemented this many years later. I am aware there are many convoluted workarounds to achieve this effect, however, in my opinion, it shows how little this company (as it is now) respects their loyal customers to still not have this functionality available.
