is there a way I can reflect in the forecast - close won values the opportunities where my Sales Reps are Team members but not opportunity Owners?  so those values count on both (Team member and oppt owner? #Forecasting #Opportunity Team

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a default team to an opportunity but I receive this error message:

"Can't add default team. Ask the record owner to set up a default Opportunity Team, and then try again".

Can anyone help me, please?

Is it possible to add rows when creating an Opportunity Team so users can add more than three at a time? Looking to add three more rows. Thank you in advance!

We have a team of operations that needs to be able to add opportunity team members to opportunities they do not own, but we cannot put them in a role at the top of the hierarchy because we don't want them to have access to private records because of the sharing rules via role hierarchy.

Is it possible if we add that operations person as an opportunity team member themselves? Would that grant them access to add others?

is there a way  when using the opportunity with Opportunity team member  report type to calculate the amount based on distinct opportunity records.  The challenge when using this report type is that when including all the Team members it will list the opportunity amount for each member.  I would like to get a true calculation of the pipeline when using that report if possible

Our opportunity object is private, but we created a sharing setting that allows read/write access to all users. However, only the owner of the opportunity is able to add opportunity team members. How can we grant access to anyone to add team members? We dont want to give them modify all access on their profile (although we gave view all / modify all for the opportunity team member object in their profile and it didn't fix it). We also do not want to give them a role above everyone else in the org.
