#Okta SSO0 人正在讨论

We have received a notification indicating that our Single Sign-On (SSO) certificate is approaching its expiration date. Based on various community posts and YouTube videos, it appears that the standard procedure is to create a new certificate, replace the existing one, and then delete the old certificate to prevent further notifications.

However, our current certificate is connected to Okta, which is utilized for signing into Salesforce. We are concerned about whether updating the certificate in Salesforce will impact our Okta functionality.

Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed with this update? Specifically, we would like to understand if changing the certificate in Salesforce will affect our Okta integration and what steps we should take to ensure a smooth transition.

Thank you for your assistance.

While using Okta mobile for Single sign on it only allows my users to log in to salesforce classic with no option to switch to lightning.  Keeping my users in OKTA mobile for SSO and not having them use the Salesforce app, does anyone know how my users can log into lightning?

@Giuliano Zoccoli  I'm facing the same aforementioned issue for one of the users and as mentioned by you all the above permissions have been set but still the same issue.

Any suggestions that might help us.

We've got Okta SSO so does this mean we need to enable MFA as well? At the moment Okta already asks for a second factor when logging into the network. Does this mean a user would then need to login to Okta and then use MFA to access Salesforce immediately afterwards?
