I am encountering an error when trying to access the Trailhead Academy. The error message I received is:

Hi everyone! I'm currently working @on the Reports & Dashboards for Lightning Experience model,  Create Reports with the Report Builder unit. I'm trying to do the follow-along example for the Use Cross-Object Filters and Use Filter Logic but I'm getting stuck once I need to add the filter logic. The option just doesn't look available for selection. I deleted the whole report and did it again just in case I was doing something wrong but got the same thing the second time around. Not sure this is a technical issue or something else is happening. I appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance!

Hi there folks! I'd appreciate if someone could give me a hand in solving a problem that I am experiencing in the step-by-step (not the challenge) of the "Salesforce Flow" module, "Guide Users through your business process with flow builder" unit. According to the step-by-step instructions (and the images attached), once the "create quick account" flow has been created, we must create a new app home page for the sales app by placing this new flow as a new component in the home page,  we must save and activate, then assign this new app as Org Default. This should to be enough to update the sales home page, but in my case the home page is not being updated. Any ideas? #Trailhead Challenges #𝚂𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚜𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚌𝚎𝙰𝚍𝚖𝚒𝚗 #TrailheadAcademy

Hi there folks!  I'm having an inconvenience when following the instructions to create the Sia Thripio user. I followed instructions in step 2 (special attention to point 9 highlighted in first image) and Salesforce sends me an email with the new user but does NOT give me a password for my new user to login (second image). I tried following the wizard to recover the password but says it's not possible since a password has been created in the last 24 hrs. What am I missing? is this normal? Any help is greatly appreciated. #TrailheadAcademy
