Nice! - via @Ashish Agarwal daily posts (underlined mine)

SOQL now supports relationship queries that traverse up to five levels of parent-child records. Use a single SOQL query to get parent-child records from five different levels.

This ability is limited to SOQL queries via the REST and SOAP query calls on standards and custom objects.

In the summer 23 there is a new beta solution call 'User Access Policy' for entreprise and unlimited Edition. Do you know why this beta solution isn't in the new Education Cloud ?

Tks

Hi,

So I was doing some testing in my Sandbox environment in reference to the new features and functionalities of Summer '23 Release. Does anyone know what the My Team's Opportunity Team filter on Pipeline Inspection means that was added? Furthermore, is anyone else having issue viewing the chart (signed in as another user) in the for Forecast Chart?

My suggestion here was to press the Filter Icon which should define what filters are currently applied and how.

However it's possible the terminology on the screen will be the same phrase used on the filter itself.

Would you like to see the HTTP Callout POST in Summer 23 in action? Josh Dayment and I wrote a three-part blog series to demo this functionality.

Get your flow to shorten a URL using HTTP Callout and email the short URL to users and customers.

📣 Summer 23 Release | How To Add Named Credentials To Permission Set Using Principals 📣

In today’s blog, I am going to share a new change that is coming with Summer 23 Release. Salesforce is changing the way how you will add the external credential to your permission set. Before Summer 23, you will get an option to add a permission set right from your external credential page, but after Summer 23 #release, you need to create the principals in your external credential. And then include the principal from your Permission Set page.

@Sudipta Deb thanks posting this blog. Do I need to change our named credential method, in Prod, right now in preparation for this #Summer23 Release? I think this is a new feature, going forward but not a required step right now but wanted to clarify.
