One practical impact I see for our business is less time spent on repetitive customer support work. While building the Coral Cloud agent, I used reusable Flow and Apex actions to look up bookings and process guest reviews. What stood out to me is that the real value isn't just faster automation—it's connecting the right data, permissions, and verification steps so the team can move quicker without losing human oversight.
