With SF surveys it appears the survey results aren't saved until 100% completion of the survey, is that definitely the case? We used Survey Monkey in the past and it saves upon each page the user completes, so you can have partial survey results.

Thanks to @Simon Whight for this tip.
This is the news article. Deal was closed on September 3, 2019.
Not sure that to make of this. Survey Monkey is definitely a leader in the survey space. Also, Survey Monkey announced Survey Monkey CX (Customer Experience) last December which tightly integrates with salesforce.com - https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/surveymonkey-expands-salesforce-integration-enterprise-cx-solution/
2019년 9월 20일 오후 7:30 Hey @David Claiborneand @Simon Whight we have over 150 implementations of GetFeedback at Salesforce including their global support org. We are heavily integrated with the Salesforce organization and great app exchange partners. At this point its business as usual. If you have questions and or concerns please let me know or post in the @Getfeedback group!
Hi All,
We are using survey monkey to capture Prospect based on survey . Once they completed the survey the Prospects along with survey responses will capture in sales cloud.
we will like to import only if the question answer is yes then corresponding prospects will transferred to CRM.
Is there any possibility or workaround to achieve this?.
Regards,
Siva Ragula.
2019년 8월 6일 오전 11:44 Hello everyone,
Somehow i have tried with this code and i tired also using bulk upload and its is working without any error.
Can someone let me know if i need to modify anything ?.
trigger deletesurvey1 on Survey_response__c (After insert) {
if(Trigger.isAfter){
//if (Trigger.isDelete){
Survey_response__c[] AllChildRecords = [Select id, Lead__c From Survey_response__c Where Survey_Question__c=:Label.Question and Response__c=:Label.Response];
List<id>leadlist= New List<id>();
if(AllChildRecords.size()>0){
for(Survey_response__c rec : AllChildRecords){
leadlist.add(rec.Lead__c);
}
}
List<Survey_response__c>surveyres= New List<Survey_response__c>();
for(Survey_response__c rec1 : [select id from Survey_response__c where Lead__c IN:leadlist]){
surveyres.add(rec1);
}
delete surveyres;
delete [select id from Lead where id IN :leadlist]
Is anyone using the survey monkey salesforce integration or other survey integration? Is it worth it? Pros? Cons? Thanks!
2019년 6월 10일 오후 5:36 In my previous organization we used the FormAssembly for Salesforce app. We had a link on our website for people to fill out a form if they were interested in our programs and this fed into Salesforce as a 'To Do' list for the appropriate staff to contact the person to discuss our programs with them. It worked well and you can share a license between Admins as long as only 1 concurrent user.
Greetings! We recently rolled out communities and upon case closure we have created an email template that sends an email alert to the customer that the case has been closed. Within that email alert we have an embedded link to a Survey Monkey survey that we ask the customer to complete. The link comes across in the email just fine and the customer is able to complete the survey. However, all of the identifying fields that also are embedded within that link such as CustN={{{Organization.Id}}}&ContFN={{{Recipient.FirstName}}}&&ContLN={{{Recipient.LastName}}}&ContEm={{{Recipient.Email}}}&T={{{Case.CaseNumber}}}&A={{{Sender.Alias}}}&P={{{Case.Product__c}}} are not being passed over as expected to Survey Monkey.
If we manually send an email with the link via email within the case record it is working and populating all fields as expected. What are we missing with respect to the email alert? We don't want our support reps having to remember to send this communication manually.
2019년 5월 13일 오전 1:21 Out of curiosity, did you purchase the SF integration package from Survey Monkey?
The current reviews on the appexchange seem positive, but I'm curious to hear from current nonprofit users. We currently use SurveyMonkey and are looking to integrate into Salesforce. I wanted to check out the integration before moving on to another option like Formassembly? @Outcomes and Measurement (ARCHIVED)

Getfeedback helps you measure CSAT in Salesforce!
CSAT surveys measure customer satisfaction with a specific experience. You can do this with a single question “How would you rate your overall satisfaction with the service you received?”
Answer choices are graded on a scale, usually from 1-5, where 1 represents completely unsatisfied and 5 represents completely satisfied. The average of their scores gives you the overall CSAT score.
Do you need customer insight with:
- Customer support interactions
- Sales interactions
- Customer onboarding
- Conference and event feedback
- Any customer experience
Then use Getfeedback to start Measuring CSAT in Salesforce
- Customer service can point to changes in their CSAT score after introducing new support practices.
- Sales can use post-purchase feedback to refine their sales process and increase wins.
- Customer success can measure customer satisfaction with onboarding and resources.
- Marketing can run competitive loss surveys that inform future campaigns.
- Business owners can look at each department’s CSAT score to get a sense of their success.
The CSAT survey’s versatility and simplicity make it valuable for every branch of business. However, It’s important to set out with clear goals around what you’re measuring and recognize when to supplement CSAT surveys with other forms. Finding out what’s in the hearts and minds of your customers is the key to running a successful business. With GetFeedback, you have complete control over your customer satisfaction surveys. We provide free survey templates to get you started, but you can customize your survey design to suit your brand and needs.
Did you know: Community group leaders get a free Getfeedback account!

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know how to embed a Survey Monkey survey in a CloudPage using the Content Builder (not the Classic Editor)? We tried copy-pasting the embed code (gotten from SurveyMonkey) within an HTML block, but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Does anyone know of the limitations salesforce survey has when compared to survey monkey or get feedback, the prices are drastically different, i'm looking for basic CSAT survey as cases closed and to send broad surveys out with integration back to SF. I received prices from getfeedback and survey monkey from 5-7K annually yet I see salesforce survey is about $1K per user/instance. I only need 1 user so I'm trying to understand what I am limited in doing with salesforce survey over the other popular tools. I know GetFeedback and SurveyMonkey have limits on the amount of syncs (survey responses)...so any insight on this would be appreciated!
2018년 10월 22일 오후 3:17 When you create a Person Account, there is a field in the "Account" record called PersonContactId. This the actual Contact record Id since a Person Account has both an Account record and a Contact record.
So, build a process that starts with a PersonAccount. Then retrieve the PersonContactId field. Assign this field to the Participant Id field on the Survey Invitation.
Unfortunately, salesforce does not recognize ParticipantId as true Contact Id when trying to send an email via workflow, so you also need to have a custom lookup field on the Survey Invitation for the Contact Id. Set this field to the Account's PersonContactId field as well. And for good measure, also have a custom lookup field to the AccountId. This way you can have a related list on the Account record for the Survey Invitations and also see the responses with one click.
Finally, set the survey option fields as follows:
- OptionsAllowGuestUserResponse - True
- OptionsAllowParticipantAccessTheirResponse - False
- OptionsCollectAnonymousResponse - False
Now you can create an email alert that sends the survey link. Getting the
actual survey link also is a bit complicated since the Invitation Link
field is not available when constructing email templates. So you have to
craft the link by combining several fields in the template.
