Hi there, 

We're a registered Salesforce partner, and I'm trying to get a Partner Business Org (PBO) requested for our account so we can create a sandbox for integration testing. Our existing org is a Partner Developer Edition, which can't create sandboxes. 

I've followed the official steps (Salesforce Help → account switcher → Log a Case for Help → Partner Programs & Benefits → Demo & Partner Business Orgs), but every time I go through them, Agentforce just routes me back to the same documentation page instead of actually logging the case. When I asked to speak to a human, the chat itself failed to load, and the case form also failed to submit.

Has anyone run into this recently, or know of another way to get a PBO request actioned - a different contact, a working form, or anything that bypasses the Agentforce loop?

Hi All,

I was able to create both customer user & partner user in the sandbox and enable the customer & partner account for the same Account.  However I cannot accomplish these in the Production Org.

Could you advise if you have any ideas?

When i created our company partner account a second profile was added for me. I want to merge these 2 accounts to see the same groups and activities I have here in my partner account. Could you please help me on this.

How can we activate topic profiles in Social Studio with a partner account? I have created a topic profile but for activating it requires PO# or Billing / Client Code. Where can I find it? Is activating topic profiles allowed for partners

I am unable to link my trailhead account within my partner account - help!

@Partner Portal & Community (PRM)  - We were under the impression that enabling an Account as a Partner and giving them login access to create accounts and opportunities would provide visibility to those "sub accounts" of the Partner account and opportunities to the Account Owner.  So if Account "Dealer A" is a partner user, and they create "Dealer A's Customer" and an opportunity, they can see it through the community page, but where is the relationship between the accounts/contacts/opportunities created by the Partner and the Owner of the Partner Account?  Thought this was basic functionality.???
