#Campaign Object토론 중인 항목 3개

I understand that a user must have the Marketing User checkbox enabled to create Campaign records in Salesforce. However, the Einstein Service Agent User doesn't allow the Marketing User checkbox to be enabled.

The same Flow works successfully when run by my admin user (who has the Marketing User checkbox enabled), but it fails when invoked by the Agentforce agent.

Does this mean that Campaign records cannot be created by the Einstein Service Agent User? If so, is there a recommended workaround or best practice for Agentforce use cases that need to create Campaign records?

Hi Team,

Is it possible to create a report type which combines, Campaign  with its Notes( API name : ContentNote) .

I tried creating but not able to find Notes (as child) after selecting Campaign object.

Can you please let me know is it any sort of limitation from Salesforce? (Reference to SF limitation document would be appreciated)

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have cloned the 'add contacts' button and function from the campaign object to a custom object? I want to create an events tab and use a similar button to add invites/guests. Thanks!

Can Taskray object be available on Salesforce Campaign object so that all the tasks related to a Campaign can be seen in the Activity History under the Campaign object?

    Hi Arvind,

Thank you for reaching out to us! TaskRay is 100% native to salesforce so this can be done by creating a custom field on the TaskRay object (Project or Tasks):

    https://support.taskray.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000828868-Add-Custom-Fields-to-Projects-and-Tasks

I also recommend looking at our Field Trickler feature if you'd like to have both the Tasks and Projects look up to the Campaign object:

    https://support.taskray.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001515447-TaskRay-Field-Trickler

    .

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

Hi There

Is there any way to restrict community users not able to view internal records on campaign object without modifying the Org Wide Sharing settings.

Best Regards

Ram

Vote for my Idea! When adding Members to a Campaign, specifically Contacts, you should have the ability to filter on Account: Topics, just as you can use Account: Topics to create a List View of Accounts. This would increase user efficiency when identifying Account Contacts that might fit into a niche topic/campaign, instead of having to go into individual Contact records and assign topics. #Ideas #Topics for Objects #Campaign Object

Allow "Account: Topics" as a Filter Criteria When Managing Campaign Members

This is my first attempt to create a custom button/link to convert a custom object (Trade Show Request) to Campaign. I used a few examples I found online, as well as this awesome blog post: http://www.cloudmybiz.com/tip-of-the-week-hack-away-at-work-with-url-hacking-in-salesforce/

But now I am STUCK: my Currency field on custom object does not translate well to another Currency field on Campaign object. Can someone please help? When I click my button, I am prompted to an Edit mode of a Campaign with an error on a Currency Field: Invalid Currency. I think b/c the value entered looks has "USD" in front of the number. I am attaching an error screenshot, as well as a copy of my button. Any other comments in terms of what looks wrong or could be improved on my link are welcome! Thanks in advance!!!

I have been working in Salesforce for a little over a year. I am finding that the Campaign object is mostly for grouping a target audience. What are some ways that you use the Campaign object for marketing? Is there any functionality that the Campaign object can provide with mass communication?

With Campaigns there's a couple of options for marketing. Here's few videos:

how to import lead from a trade show.

Also leads 3rd part mass email tools can be used to mail leads & contacts and then use lead capture to connect to a campaign where during conversion a lead is combined with an existing contact to create a new opportunity.

IContact is an app that use the campaign member list to send mass emails and then store the results back in salesforce, but some have raised the issue that it takes up alot of space.

    Thanks
