Dear Trailblazer Community Ohana,
It is with a heavy heart that I share with you the news that struck our community in Beira, Mozambique. Beira city was devastated by Cyclone Idai, leaving most of the city destroyed. Hundreds and thousands of people were displaced and thousands of lives lost, including some of our Beira community members.
The city and millions of families are left in need of urgent help and access to clean water and food. Beira Developer Community Group Leader, Erick Kande, has launched a fundraising campaign to purchase bottles of mineral water and food for the victims of these floods and cyclone and also for the families of community members who died in these flood tragedies.
His GoFundMe account will directly provide imminent care and support to Beira city and will 100% serve to assist those in need. We ask that you please support Erick and our Beira community by donating whatever you can to help these families who are suffering from hunger and have lost everything.
