So, sad story here....

Here's a sad story of how i lost three years of badges and points(Ranger Status) of my trailhead account.
I'm an a consultant certified on sales cloud and i work with a partner company for implementation projects, in one of our projects came to us the need to open a support case to resolve an issue and as you know every single time you access a support page, help documentation and more now salesforce force you to log in with a trailblazer account, in this particular scenario, for this project i used a user that had already created on the org, because of number of licenses, and i've updated the email of that user with my work email so i can receive logs emails for troubleshooting, so i decided to open a support case so salesforce support could help me with the issue, when i open the support page, the log in with trailblazer account screen showed up and has the account of the user from the org so i click continue, and a second screen without a warning says to me the following message "We're combining your trailblazers accounts" or something like that, and the only option that presents to me, is a button with a "Continue" option, then the page refresh itself and show that i successfully logged in so i started to create the case, then i've open my profile so i can look for an information that i need and i see my account is completely changed, all my information becomes the information of a colleague that in the past worked in the same project and this is how i noticed every single badge and point merge with his account....
So i open a case with trailhead support and the only answer that i recieved is the process of merging account is irreversible..... so go on with your life(this is how i felt with that message)....
I don't know if somebody here lived this but this is so sad for me, i'ts been 3 long years with so much effort, and i lose it only because i wanted to resolve a customer issue :/ ....
If i can't recover all my badges and literally lost my ranger status with no other option to get it back, i reach out to this communitie to ask Salesforce/Trailhead to reconsider force every single user to log in with trailblazer accounts on support/help pages, so nobody else lose again all that effort put on their accounts.

same happened to me , I hightly recommend you to logout from trailblazer and login again , i do so .and I get all my points, badges .........everthing back to my trailhead.
