I'm having trouble grasping record types, layouts, and business processes. I know how to do them on salesforce but I still can't get what to do with scenario. If you have any information that might help or a good trailhead (that I might need to redo), it would be greatly appreciated!

Dear admins in training #Trailblazers, @David Druckman#NewAdminTip, after you have completed all the badges, before tackling the Superbadges or when you are figuring out that you don't know the topic that well, I recommend watching the videos published by the Youtube Channel Salesforce Admins :

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJZ40ShB_oLStzaYT4m9WWQ/featured.

For my part, I was quite confused with Flows and #Flowbuilder and some steps of the logic were very blurry... The Flow Builder tutorials mix brought all clear in my mind: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrC_ei2_Pv0GsCrUp6xORzVT62FCFAWMl

Trailhead badges are a very good way to learn first but, when a human being quite well trained to explain those Salesforce tricks come up in the game, it makes the difference in the quality of your understanding. Moreover, you can use the pause button...

I hope it helps you as much as it helped me to master this knowledge.

SHOUT OUT to @Jackie Travieso who has single-handedly saved me *hours* of work. I didn't know that Batch Size is a setting in most import tools. I had been breaking up huge spreadsheets into smaller ones, and then importing the spreadsheets one at a time. NO MORE! I have found the Batch Size setting and will be letting my software do the work! #NewAdminTip #Special Shoutout

#NewAdminTip Take the ADM:201 Class before or during your implementationa and then work with your implementation partner to fully understand how they're setting up your org. Then wait 1-2 years to get some real-world SFDC Experience and then take ADM:211. @1543965856

Agree 100% - you really need the real world experience to fully internalize the concepts you must demonstrate in the advanced certification.
