Mass Mailing - where does it record the activity date of a mass mailing? My accounts are still showing that the account hasn't been touched in more than 60 days.

All my accounts are identified by group. All my contacts are associated by account. I want to do a mass mailing where I merge all the contacts by the account group. How can I accomplish this? Thanks in advance...
Hello. When running a mail merge for organization accounts, is it possible to include the name of an affiliated contact along with the account name? Basically, we would want to send a mailing to someone at their affiliated organization rather than at their household. Could this be done via Primary Contact? Thanks for your help!

That's great, thanks @Karen Fitton. Is there a definitive list of merge fields anywhere? I have some basic ones but if I am trying to do something a little more complex I always have trouble finding the fields.
