Right now, when we are on Account page, account related standard actions are coming on copilot window.

Similarly, we want to show our custom copilot actions based on the record page.

How can we achieve this now. Show custom agentforce action based on question/context.

Also suggest similar question based on previous question.

Ex. If we ask 'List the HCP who are having maximum tocuhpoints?'.

I want agentforce to suggest few more questions like 'List of HCP who have minimum tocuhpoints' etc..

@Saurabh Singh I think Tejas Patel is referring to the suggestions you see "as button" on the copilot. Currently, these are only the standard actions, and as far as I know, it's not yet possible to add custom ones

Hi,

Do you know if it is possible to use tags or topics to filter list views (especially for cases)?

If yes, how to proceed?

Thanks for your help

We are looking for a way to view all of the discussions from all of our Experience Cloud Sites from our internal org. I was able to find a report from the Report Type "Network User Activity 2.0" that lists all of the questions but it doesn't allow us to click on anything and answer.

We just enabled Moderation to require us to view all posts going forward but the existing questions/discussion posts do not appear in the Experience Cloud Workspace.

What is the best practice to deploy Communities with DX and experienceBundle when the community uses CMS Topics ?

We have a component on the home page which displays the Top 5 trending articles for a given Topic.  The experienceBundle for the community holds a hard-coded topicId pointing this component to the tracked topic.

How should we deploy from sandbox to sandbox, since the Topic Id in the new sandbox will be different ?  Copying topics from source to destination will not help. Even if we create Topics manually, we can no longer use experienceBundle to deploy this community after a change request, because the source topicId does not match in the destination sandbox.

I think my users would benefit from quickly adding info to a record (i.e. Contact), by which they could then filter later in a list view. I found Lightning Universal Tagging in the AppExchange, but it uses a custom junction object, which is dynamic and scalable, however, users couldn't filter by it in a list view. So, I was considering building one that would just use a text field or multipicklist for the tags, but with an easy interface (like Lightning Universal Tagging or a LWC) to where they could quickly add/remove tags. This would also allow them to filter in a list view.

Have you done or seen something like this? Do you have a better solution?

Can someone confirm that myTrailhead license has switched to Sales Enablement license?

If so, is there a larger vision I'm not gathering here? This certainly isn't an intuitive transition in terminology.

Yes, I hear you. For what it's worth, release notes for each major Salesforce release are typically made available in advance of the actual release to give you some heads up time.

Where do I find the Topic ID to use in components?

We have a navigational topic of "manager resource" on our community and I was wondering if there is a way to segment topics to certain audiences? We would only want that topic to show for certain audiences.

Thanks!

Not available currently, without significant customization.

Is there a way to show content tagged to a topic on the topic detail page? There's no use of content topics if someone selects the topic in search and only sees a detail page of the topic.

Is there a way to have global search include results tagged with the topic, but not show the topic detail record in the search results?

Ok thanks. I had that approach already implemented and wondered if there was a native feature that provided the ID/content type rather than screening the URL.

Hi All,

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Salesforce search engine to search the Chatter database for anytime an object was mentioned? It seems you can only do this with #Topics.

The purpose of my request is so that we can educate our team to use the mention (/) feature in Chatter when discussing an object (account, opportunity, contact etc.) so that employees can search objects just like #topics over time without having to clutter up your feed by following them.

For example:

1. User posts on Chatter mentioning the Account object ABC Company "@product management - In our last account review meeting, /ABC Company said they were not satisfied with their service"

2. 6 months later, the customer cancels their subscription and management wants to scrape Chatter to see if there were any leading indicators that they missed by searching for ABC Company in the search bar

I guess it's possible to substitute the (/) mention with a #topic but if you have 200+ items for every object, opportunities for errors skyrocket - if someone misspells an object name or abbreviates an object name in the form of a #topic data management/governance and the effort of creating standardized objects goes out the window.

I apologize if this has already been mentioned or fixed - I also could be missing something :)

Thanks!

Will
